I went to this office because of the convenience of the location. I was seen by a Kurt Behlmer, I was very nervous and he made no attempt to calm my fears. He was standoffish and unfriendly + unprofessional. He didn't bother to even explain the procedure nor tell me what materials he would be using to repair my teeth, I wasn't given any instructions on how to care for my teeth afterwards either. Because of this , I had to come back 3 additional times for this clown to finally get it right. Definitely didn't inspire trust in me after this experience & I made sure any friends

Ive been coming here many years, and the main reason is Erica. She is beyond kind, helpful, and very good at her job. As a office manager, she's very busy, but always takes time to care & help, everyone, she has a true heart.Thank You Erica, the doctors & other office staff are great, but your awesome!! This place saved my life literally! I was in very much pain and it was a Saturday! Called this office and got an immediate response. Got In within an hour and was pain free since. The staff was very caring. Thank you soo much East Side Dental I recommend this place hands down. If you want it right the first time this is the place to go!

My daughter fell and broke her two front teeth. I was able to call, get her in right away, and was out of the office within an hour! Super friendly staff, very understanding, extremely reasonable with the cost, and VERY CLEAN!! Definitely 5 stars, I will be switching my entire family over, but I also will recommend to anyone in need of dental services!!

The office is full of caring, engaged, and knowledgeable staff. From the moment you walk in ( or call), you experience some of the best customer care around. I can be anxious or at least uncomfortable about dentist visits, but here there's no need to worry. From relaxing music, dental education and caring emergency treatment - omg! I am lucky that I found them through Google. They really try to accommodate your schedule and comfort level. I definitely recommend Eastside. If you are looking, give them a try.

I've been coming to Eastside Dental for about two years and I've always been very pleased and impressed from the very beginning. Unlike other at places like Dental Associates my dental hygienist Hanna Lutynski actually cares about my progress, health, and comfort. I'm always warmly welcomed and spoken to respectfully by everyone. Nothing is rushed and all my questions are answered. I'm sure there are other good dental offices, but at this point, I can't imagine even trying someone else.

I was looking for a dentist in downtown Milwaukee since moving here back in January 2019 and found Eastside Dental. I came in for the initial exam and cleaning which took a total of two hours and I was presently surprised. The office environment itself looked up-to-date and the staff was very welcoming and inviting. My dental hygienist and dentist were very sweet and enthusiastic. I will be coming back in six months for a cleaning. Definitely recommend!

I feel that the dentists here try to give good care, but they are somewhat careless and out of touch with their patient's needs and the issues they face. I left the office very upset and afraid to go to a dentist again because of a bad interaction with Dr.Galka. He made me feel very ashamed of my dental issues. Another friend who went there said he would not stop making comments about her piercings and felt uncomfortable that a medical professional was commenting on her appearance.

I had a great experience at Eastside Dental. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly, and I so appreciated their professionalism and informative practices. Dr. Behlmer made sure to tell me what he was doing (and why), and when he made recommendations for treatments, he and his team were also 100% upfront about costs. There were no surprises on my bill, which was great. They scheduled my next cleaning before I left the office, so now I'm back on track with my preventative oral healthcare!

The team at east side dental is really awesome. I called on a Wednesday with a minor dental emergency and even though I hadn't been there in two years they were so nice about fitting me in for a filling that same week. They go over insurance and charges with you and made me feel really comfortable with everything they were doing. Highly recommend them! Very personable staff and doctors.

I chose to leave this dental practice, where Dr. Ribeau was my dentist. I'll spare most of the details but I came to be very unsatisfied with the quality of care I received. The staff and Dr. Ribeau were very nice and I enjoyed them, but at a certain point treatment issues began to outweigh that. The final straw was a procedure that resulted in a dead tooth that had to be yanked out of my head. There are better choices in Milwaukee.

I worked here as a hygienist for two years and Dr. Galka and Dr. Ribeau are two of the most thorough dentists I know.
The office itself was considered an eye sore to me, but has a lot of character. It is not "sterile" feeling like many dental offices in the area. It could use a facelift and technology upgrades to make the office more efficient and esthetically pleasing. Watch your insurance benefits, payments, and all claims with a close eye, as the front desk is VERY chaotic and unorganized. I know they are working hard on better organization at this practice, but lack in communication

Just wasted an hour of my time after being misinformed that my appointment was just for an exam rather than cleaning. Got a postcard saying new patients got a free teeth cleaning so I figured why not! Why not, indeed.
The office is a bit ancient and IDK if the hygienist was new or if their equipment was cheap (maybe both), but she took a dozen x rays of my teeth. I do not like the idea of getting cancer. The machines they use look newer but cheap.
I'm going back to Forward Dental.

After having a pretty horrible experience at a large corp dental office, Dr. Galka's office was a breath of air. The office receptionist is great, and pretty much has kept me on top of all my insurance information, making sure that I don't go over my limit. The dental assistant is the sweetest lady ever, and the dental hygienist clearly explained the entire process while she poked and prodded me. Dr. Galka was great, the complete eval felt very thorough, and he went through what was needed for my teeth to get back on the right track. At more recent appointments where he's done fillings

Not a huge dentist fan at all. Went here to check on cosmetic dentistry. Dr Galka was completely honest with me. He found a very economical solution for me. I saved $1600 with his advice. He was able to do a filling immediately. Pro work. This guy was so ok I am going back in two weeks for more work.

Dr. Galka and Dr. Ribeau are the nicest dentists I've ever been to. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. I had to have my wisdom teeth taken out and they called to check on me later that night! That's above and beyond the service i'd expect to receive. I'd highly recommend this office.

I came here because I won a whitening certificate. I have lived in Milwaukee for eight years and I NEVER saw this place before. When I walked in the staff was very friendly and open. They made conversation while I was waiting, and even cracked some dentistry humor. It was quite entertaining.
When I met Frank Galka he was very polite and went through everything step by step. He gave a lot of insight and answered all of my questions. He is very nice and not your typical scary dentist! I actually thought it was fun going here.... Which is rare because most dentist appointments are depressing
