Cortran Engineering, PLLC was established in McAllen Texas in 2011 as a civil engineering consulting firm. Cortran is a rapidly growing minority owned business. Although Cortran Engineering is a relatively small consulting firm, our ability to provide quality-assured services and timely responses to each project is to be respected.
Cortan has experience in the development of schematics from conception to completion, and developing preliminary and alternate alignments based on impact studies, public involvement, environmental constraints, and feasibility. Cortran Engineering also has experience as the lead role in the construction phase of engineering projects varying in size from small collector and arterial facilities to large multilane expressway facilities.
As president of Cortran Engineering, PLLC, Mrs. Corbitt has diversified experience in the areas of design, construction, project management, all phases of PS&E preparation, land development and project coordination. She has experience in the development of schematics from conception to completion, and developing preliminary and alternate alignments based on impact studies, public involvement, environmental constraints, and feasibility.
