Absolutely HORRIBLE service and even worse communication.
We booked a bus that we DIDN'T get and had to get 2 replacements throughout our event (only 6 hours of service). It was totally embarrassing!
After no response for months after our event, one thing is clear -- this guy doesn't care about you, your money, your event or doing good business. We were never given the refund we were promised or even as much as an apology.
Do not recommend at all.

Absolutely horrible service.... we rented transportation for our wedding and 2 days before got a call that the bus we paid for was suddenly out of service. He offered to send a different bus at a cost reduction.
Turns out that alternate bus "lost its breaks" mid-way through our event so they basically sent a city bus with disco lights 45 minutes past the pickup time. It was BAD and I was left SO embarrassed.
And now we have been GHOSTED. No refunds as promised, not even as much as a sorry for making our wedding guests wait in the cold for 45 minutes during our event.

My wife and I scheduled Calypso well over a year in advance due to covid for our wedding. 2 days before the wedding Mike called to let me know Calypso was no longer operating due to mechanical issues. We subbed in a lower cost bus as the best available on the fly. That bus got to the venue but broke down at the venue leaving guests stranded. After some time, an even lower cost city bus came and picked everyone up. Not ideal.

The amazing driver from Ninja Buses stopped a man from stealing my phone and returned it to me free of charge!!! After leaving my phone on the bus in a bag as I was entering Wurstfest, the driver spotted a man with said bag trying to take it on a returning bus. This angel of a man stopped the guy trying to steal my phone, and I picked it up from the driver the next morning. He charged the phone too!

The team at Ninja Buses was so wonderful to work with - I contacted them for help with a last minute transport needed for my best friend's bachelorette weekend and they did not stop until they could find a deal that worked for our price, and even then overdelivered! Daryl our driver was incredible, and I can't recommend this team enough for going above and beyond to ensure your party is taken care of and has a great time at that. We rented two buses for my brother's wedding yesterday and the vehicles themselves were very comfortable, clean, and had a great vibe. Beyond that though, the bus drivers were the best part.
Being who I am, I left my phone on the bus on accident and one of the drivers (Michael) not only answered the "lost phone" call immediately, but he then proceeded to drive ALL the way back to where I was staying to give it back to me. He wasn't mad at all and was actually wicked nice about it which just warmed my heart. Especially since we had someone

Ninja party bus was very flexible with our group of about 20 people. The bus experience was integral in making my 30th birthday memorable. Ninja was able to drive our group 40+ minutes outside of Austin to lake travis. Owner also was willing to make changes to the reservation depending on weather. Would definitely book again! Highly recommend.

Michael is amazing! I was so crazy with planning and then changing plans but he was always super accommodating! He answers every time I call (even Friday night at 1am). We had ninja for 3 days and most of the drivers were great (4 total)! They were on time or early!
I will say the buses were expensive for what they were. It was $4k with a bulk discount for the buses and it was just a city bus with lights and music. The bus's AC broke (they accommodated) but to a lesser quality bus, then the upgraded bus leaked from the ceiling in multiple places and wasn't conducive for a large group

Mike and his team made planning our good friend's Bachelor Party weekend a great success. Our party stayed about 35 minutes outside of downtown Austin and without the help of Ninja Buses there was no way the weekend would have been as successful as it was. Ninja Buses helped build a perfect itinerary that included rides to and from the airport, Golf Courses, Lake Travis, Salt Lick and Downtown Austin. For our night out downtown, we left our driver (Mike) in full control of showing us the best of Austin and he did not let down! Mike brought us to all the great spots and had great local insight!

We rented a few busses for my bachelor party weekend and had an absolute blast. They made everything so easy and not having to worry about Ubers was a life saver. The busses were clean and really cool. Party lights, good bluetooth connection and even nintendos and TVs although we didn't really use them. The Calypso bus was so cool and had an awesome vintage party vibe. They were always on time and flexible when we asked to modify our schedules a bit. I've used party busses in other cities and these are definitely some of the higher quality and cooler busses I've seen.

This bus rental company is amazing! We had about 30 people to bring to Lake Travis for a party barge and our driver got us there safe and sound! He was a great driver and also very patient with 30 intoxicated people ! Haha ! If your looking for a safe, fun and affordable bus then Ninja Buses is your best choice! I will 100% use them again !

Stix and Ninja Buses were incredible for our Non-Profit event this past weekend. We utilized them(and had our driver Daryl!) - pick up around South Congress Hotel and traveled to Jester King Brewery. We and a large group rented a couple of these buses recently to take us to a crawfish boil, which then turned into a downtown Austin pub crawl. The buses were awesome and we had a blast. The drivers were friendly and accommodating, as was the owner when we asked for an extension of time. The John Denver bus, an old touring bus John named "Calypso" due to his friendship with Jacques Cousteau was particularly epic, especially for this old John Denver fan. Calypso seems to have been preserved very well in its original condition, and comes complete with a Fender Stratocaster under the back

We rented the Calypso and Bachelor busses for a pub crawl, and they did not disappoint. John Denver's tour bus definitely had the cool factor, and it was so clean and comfortable. Dave, our driver and historian gave us anecdotes and funny tidbits of info from when the bus was actually in use for touring. He was extremely professional, and more than just that, he was friendly and fun! We opted to extend our time another few hours, and he accommodated us without hesitation. Amazing day and night with Ninja Buses. We rented the Bachelor and Calypso for the day to handle a bar crawl. This is the 3rd party bus company we have used, and they were by far the most professional, had the coolest buses, and the most fun.
Dave, the driver of Calypso, was amazing. He used to drive Waylon Jennings tour bus and his stories are almost worth the price of admission alone. Calypso was so stinking cool that we already planned the next reason to use it before we got off the bus.

We've taken ninja buses on several excursions - to a concert at the 360 amphitheater and also to wurstfest. We have even ridden around in the buses to look at holiday lights!
Drivers are always nice and accommodating, and they are fun and friendly.
We also rented one of their buses for my daughters 3rd bday party and took the kids to the Thinkery. It was a HUGE hit!

This bus is perfect for partying around town in. The inside is set up with long benches, a TV, room in the back for ice chests, and great speakers. We took it for a spin around town and it was a blast! They will take groups tubing in San Marcos or New Braunfels. Perfect for Bachelor and Bachelorette parties. I will use them again!
