I selected Linda Platner to sell our Condominium for her past sales history for selling Condos. She indeed did far succeed our expectations. Her creative fast action thinking and knowledge of all the complications involved, got our Condo SOLD. No matter what your property type is. She will not passively sit back and wait for a buyer. She will think “outside-the-box” on ways to find the right buyer for you.

This sale was due to a nasty divorce in which Linda had to walk a very fine line. She handled it very well. She was responsive, professional, helpful, and offered good suggestions for getting the property into a saleable state.
My only regret is she did not show the property after July when an offer had been placed and accepted which was below the ask price. The buyer had a number of contingencies in place and the closing date kept getting extended. That was nerve wracking.
