Premiere Home Health care is a privately owned agency dedicated to providing quality care all while ensuring you have a "boutique experience". Premiere employs the highest quality professionals to execute individualized care plans for our patients. We provide Skilled Home Health in the patient's home, or in assisted living communities.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our clients. You are never alone when you are under our care. Many agencies do not respond to your phone calls. At Premiere, the Administrator and CEO are personally available to answer your questions and concerns. At Premiere, you will be assigned a RN case manager from the first day and the same team will follow you throughout your care.
We know that you are happiest at home and our skilled nurses can keep you there. All of our patients receive case management by Registered Nurses. Skilled nurses will educate the patient or family members about the patient's condition and when to notify the doctor. You're not alone when you are with Premiere Home Health.
Stay independent in your home with our Skilled Therapists. Our specialists will continue to build strength, increase mobility and foster independence for you, all while educating and empowering the individual patient and family or care giver. Medicare, Medicaid, and most other health insurance plans pay for 100% of Skilled Home Health. Personal care services can be covered by private pay as well as some long-term insurances or Medicaid.
