We looked on the internet for a reliable plumber to use in our townhome. We found "Plumbers Near Me, LLC" with a lot of 5 star reviews. Called them up explaining we needed repair work done on our water line going to our refrigerator and some work done to install a bidet on our main toilet. We were given a basic estimate of $175. So we made an appointment for the soonest date possible. A young man named Johnathan, showed up to our townhome on time. We explained and showed him the repair work we needed done. These guys are incredible. I had a larger company come out and quote me nearly $10k for an unnecessary job, using scare tactics to get me to buy in. We got lucky finding these guys, my wife was at our daughter's new home in Denver and there was a bad leak from the shower into the basement, she called PNM because they were local - Jonathan responded and got there quickly as he was free. He spotted the problem, a bad seal, and fixed it and out the door in under an hour, about $170 parts and labor.

I have now used them a few times (clogged sink, installing a new faucet, gas line to stove). Each time they respond quickly to set up appointments. They let me know when they are on their way and have never been late. Jonathan has been helpful and knowledgeable and is willing to explain everything he is doing. They charge a very reasonable price for quality work.

From beginning to end these guys are the real deal. Johnathan is a genuine and detailed-oriented expert. They give you options and the inside scoop on what to do. Hard workers! These guys are the best. I have a few properties in the metro area and they have become my go-to company for jobs big and small. And we are back. PNM made a return visit to install a new faucet. They're very easy to contact via Yelp and will get back to you within a few hours.

It took about an hour to install a new faucet and replace the hot/cold water valves. $249 for the whole shebang. Also, we had them come back the next day due to drippy valve issues, no charge.

This is a small, family owned operation and so nice! They've only been going since November '18 and are already killing it on Yelp too.

As first-time homeowners, we didn't winterize our outdoor faucet/sillcock and found it leaking in the crawlspace when we turned it on. Super terrifying to have something leak and to have to call a plumber, but Jonny came by and had it fixed in no time. It was also reasonably priced, not like these other overpriced companies (cough...Bell, etc). He was professional, quick and would highly recommend asking for Johnny by name.

We also had them rooter our sewer line for regular maintenance. Smooth and done. I plan to use them for all of our plumbing needs, and def recommend them.

We had a blocked toilet, my husband had tried his best with the snake to no avail. I didn't read the reviews first, and typically look for a business with more reviews, but I'm so glad I went with them. Super quick, courteous & reasonable. Again, without *actually* reading the reviews, I was slightly put off by the name of the company- it sounded like a middleman for independent contractors, but I learned that I couldn't be more wrong. I love that it is a family business, and that I have found my local plumber.
