We prepare, explain, and have tenants sign: Rental Agreement/Lease (We use the standard CAR lease form). We only charge for approved tenants after the signing of the Rental Agreement/Lease; NO Charge if tenants are not approved!.

Horrible experience. Due to moving to different state, we needed to early terminate. David was very vague with his replies to the texts and emails. We offered to help to find new tenants and we were told that they would list the property 5 weeks before moveout. Nothing happened until we moved out. Then they charged us leasing fee and days until it got rented. Very poor communication. Very rude responses after we moved out. Don't use this company.
