Michael J. Supinka, an Indiana County native, is a results-oriented attorney focused on achieving successful outcomes for his clients. He has over thirty years of legal experience helping clients in Indiana County and Western Pennsylvania. Mr. Supinka has broad experience in many areas of the law including Wills & Estates, Family Law, Real Estate, Business & Contract, Litigation.
Vivian F. Supinka has been practicing law in Indiana County since 1997. Her practice focuses on Business & Contract, Wills & Estates, and Real Estate. She has broad experience in creating corporations, nonprofit corporations, partnership, and limited liability companies, including drafting Shareholder Agreements, Operating Agreements and Partnership Agreements.
Kevin R. Gaydos is an Associate Attorney with Supinka & Supinka PC. He represents clients in areas of the law such as contract litigation, debt collection, employment, estate planning, boundary disputes, oil and gas title certification, and real estate transactions. Kevin is a native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Laurel Highlands High School.
We work closely with our clients to help preserve property and minimize tax consequences for children and future generations. Our attorneys advise clients on how to structure transferring a family business, gifting assets to reduce the estate, and making charitable donations.
