Broke a part on my car, and didn't even tell me! Came in for an alignment, snapped the threaded piece in the picture and stripped the adjustment piece in places from over torquing it, and ONLY after I had to check the same area again for another issue did I see it.. Called back in and not only was I told that he knew it happened, and it was from him torquing it, but said he didn't think to tell me because he had other things going on, and continued by defended himself by saying these things break and that I will just need to replace it during my next alignment!! I was shocked! You broke it, and
