We are a private, locally owned urgent care / family practice clinic providing direct care in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and the surrounding communities. We have expanded our services to include aesthetics (laser services/injectables/ skin care), massage therapy, home care, and occupational healthcare for businesses. As announced in early 2013, DOT/FMCSA has implemented new medical administrative processes, and as part of the new process all DOT Medical Examiners are required to undergo specialized DOT training, take a DOT certification and maintain certification as a Medical Examiner with FMCSA.

Everything everyone else says about this place is true, it’s usually not busy and so they can get you in and out pretty fast. However, my problem was with the receptionist. I was told I would have my test results in a days time, and when I called to find out about them (the next day of course) she said they DID have my results back, but nobody had read them yet. So, naturally, I asked if she could take her eyes, put them on my results and read back what they were. She said not until someone reviewed them. So, NATURALLY I asked if she could speed the process along, considering I was told that

It's great that you can walk in and be seen without having to wait 30+ minutes & the staff is really friendly and nice, however I have been sick since last Tuesday and had to visit twice. I was told by the doctor I could call in and get a new prescription ordered if I wasn't better by today. First I was told that they couldn't call in a prescription, then when they realized the doctor's not hadn't been added to my file I was told someone would call me back, after waiting 3 hours and calling them back again, someone finally called me.
