Sold me a car with an undisclosed open recall with NO fix. Only weeks after driving off the lot I began having issues with the car and eventually took it to a certified Audi dealer to have it assessed. They found that my oil had been leaking, my O2 censor was broken, my climate control was broken, and my telephone microphone had an open circuit. Unbelievable. Do not buy anything from here that is not actually Hyundai because they cannot fix it and they have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely blown away by the lack of integrity.

Ok WHEN things are easy and straightforward I’d give this place 5 stars: I’m always satisfied with the work done.
BUT WHEN THINGS ARE NOT (as is the situation as of late) the entire system melts down: no one takes calls, messages are not returned, you have no idea if service has been done or when it will be done; everything is third hand by whoever answers the phone, and there no direct communication between departments. Right now I’m on day 13 of what should be a straightforward part replacement (parts aren’t back-ordered). I know the car is still there because I&rsquo

One of the best customer service and mechanics.
My car broke down on my way to Niagara Falls. It was early morning and they accommodated our emergency request very well. They not only identified the issue correctly but also made sure that there are no other issues with the car.

Got my first car there everyone there was so nice and kind and a great working team. I personally have gotten the last two cars I’ve owned from this place in Pittsfield Massachusetts if you do go there I strong recommend a sale associate by the name if Michael hacking and his general sales manager Dutch not quite sure on his last name they are great with people and even great sales folk they will put in the car you want at what you can afford thank you for your great customer service hope to do more business with this company and these sales rep
