Will is very friendly, efficient, polite and professional. He explained in details what he will do to replace the main water shut off valve, what to expect and how long it will take. It was a very tight space to work at and has to crawl in, instead, he has improvised and found an easier way to do it avoiding further cutting into the wall. To make it more complicated, the main water meter was far away from the house and one has to drive to the next block behind our house in order to turn it off.
We have forgiven he was 3 hours late in the first appointment due to unexpected problem from the job

Fast & professional! No gimmicks! Spoke to the phone guy Joe & he setup my appointment. I had a shutoff ball Valve installed to the main water line. Very good price with professional work, cannot beat it.

I have had nothing but a great experience using Micci Plumbing and Heating. in the past 6 months they have serviced my home heating system, replaced an outdoor spigot that was broken and leaking and this week fixed my Central Air unit on a same day call. They show up on time and keep in touch when on the way and do a professional and clean job. I have no hesitation recommending Micci Plumbing and Heating.

The best plumber ever! It was late Sunday, 12/22 and I had a flood in the basement! I never thought I would get a plumber to come by on a Sunday before Christmas but I did. Micci was recommended to me through FB. He was so nice, professional and quick. Fixed the problem quickly and followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend him

Mike and his worker did a great job fixing a leak in our basement crawl space. He made someone available the following morning since it was not an emergency. I've had other plumbers that weren't willing to do that for us. Very professional and great work.

Fixed the initial problem but made a bigger mess which requires $100 worth of supplies and 400 dollars to hire someone to do patching of the dry wall and paint. Not professional

Me and my husband had an emergency problem with our boiler and we had no hot water, we reached out them and they showed up immediately. Easily the best plumber I have ever hired. Mike is completely professional, he does very good work, he cleans up when he's done, he responds quickly and he follows up to make sure that everything is working properly. In addition, his prices are quite reasonable. I have zero complaints and nothing but appreciation for the great work they've done.
