I’ve been a member at Gracie Barra Greystone since they opened in 2019. The environment there has always been welcoming and encouraging, while also being honest pushed to be a better jiu-jitsu practitioner. The people there aren’t only friend and teammates, but a genuine family.

Incredible place of learning and acceptance. The instructors are all highly professional and truly caring. You never feel out of place here. I have felt an overwhelming sense of belonging and have never felt judged at all for my weight. The instructors are top of their game and truly have your best interests at heart. These gentlemen are the very best and I highly recommend this program for adults and children alike! Their dedication to the sport is awe-inspiring. I have learned so much in just a short time. I would give Professor Frank and Professor Cole a hundred stars if I could! Do yourself

I have been training with GB Greystone for a few months now, and this is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. Facilities are extremely clean, great A/C for the Alabama heat, very welcoming staff, gym members are super helpful and kind, wonderful location, plus there are multiple time-slots to fit any schedule.
I strongly recommend this sport for any person who likes solving puzzles, wants a physical challenge/change, or is tired of the same boring sports we played in high school. My wife has done her own trial class and looks forward to joining the gym herself. So if you have interests

GB Greystone has excellent instructors with lots of experience. They have class schedules that can accommodate pretty much anyone’s personal schedule (morning, lunchtime, evening, and weekend classes). Very family friendly and a great place for all ages and experience. Even if you’ve never practiced a martial art. If you’re wanting to learn self-defense, looking to compete, or just want to get in shape, this is a top notch place to do it. You will quickly develop a “brotherhood” type of relationship with your training partners because everyone is trying to help each other be a better

These guys are offering a service second to none! I’ve never liked gyms. Always exercised alone or in team sports. I went out on a limb and tried something new to my world with BJJ GB Greystone. Frank and Cole are fantastic professors that are extremely knowledgeable. I personally do the morning classes which Cole runs and he has an excellent balance of patience and expectations. I get nothing but satisfaction spending time at this gym. Great group of folks I’ve been training here about 9 months and I feel right at home with this Gracie Barra family. The G B Greystone B J J team has made feel at home. They have always encouraged me, spent time with me to make sure I was learning and also making sure I was safe! I would recommend G B Greystone BJJ to any person male or female from the very young to some

Ive been to gyms all over the state and is hands down best one ive been too! The facility is super clean. The instructors are very knowledgeable. The people and staff are very welcoming and friendly. This place has become more than my gym but my family. Everything about this place is professional and careful. I love it and do not plan to go anywhere else.
