I have been coming to Dr. Nguyen for my dental needs since his office was in a house in Carrollton. This was before they offered vision and health services.
When you drive up to the clinic, there is a sign that says call to be let in. Then someone will meet you at the door to take your temperature before letting you in.
My teeth cleaning is usually done within 15-20 min of sitting in the dentist chair (longer if I need to take X-rays). No need time

I recommend Kudo highly for anyone looking for a medical, dental, or vision office that has excellent care and customer service. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by the friendly staff and was taken immediately to the back for my vision appointment. Dr. Ly was my optometrist, and she was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. They have a wide range of frames to choose from and the staff took their time in helping me find the glasses that best fits my needs. I also received my glasses in a timely manner.

I was there and I waited for 30 minutes to have someone greet me. No one there gave me a single smile not a " hi , how are you." Finally an Asian doctor asked me what I needed. Not only was he rude to my daughter and I, he also contradicted me and ignored my question making me feel stupid. That doctor didn't even bother looking at my insurance information or my apartment. I would give no stars if I could.

This facility is very honest and kind. The doctor is very kind and thorough and he even gives me a call to check up on me. The staff are kind and the Asian medical assistant is very honest and kind when helping me. If you don’t speak English well they have someone who can help interpret Vietnamese for patients who don’t speak English.

Dr. Nguyen and Dr. AJ were very ethic, caring, mindful and helpful! I am very grateful for all of the help I received from them. I definitely recommend visiting and consulting with such amazing professionals. They were quick to solve my issue and answer my concerns, but most importantly take care of me in a expedited matter, and also important to mention the cautiousness overall the staff has by taking Covid-19 precautions to keep everyone safe. I’m glad that my in-law referred me to Kudo Care, they are great people.

I was searching for a primary doctor and stumbled on to Kudo and gave them a call. Their customer service was superb so I told myself let me try this doctors office since for me it starts with the person who answers the phone. If they would have been ride on the call I would have hung up and not done business. So I got an appointment made immediately and was seen and all the staff were terrific! Doctors were caring and helpful and listened to everything and everyone kept a smile on their faces. I have been there a couple of times since and always get the same VIP treatment! I go way out the way

I have been visiting Kudo Care Medical recently, and I like this clinic. Good doctors and friendly staff at this place. Especially Dr. AJ Nguyen at Medical Department is great and very attentive. He provided good care on patients' health, and followed up directly with patients on the treatment needed. I also recommended my family members came to Kudo Care Medical for health check up and vision exam. They all like this clinic. The clinic accepts all kind of health insurances. They recommend the best benefits for patients within insurance coverage, and charge reasonable fees for non-covered benefits

I saw the clinic that was newly owned by my house and never paid attention until I needed medical services. First impressions are always important. As a new patient I was very pleased about how welcomed the staff made me feel. The clinic itself is very clean, and they take the necessary protocols to keep it this way by asking patients to call from outside for check in prior to being let in, for safety precautions due to Covid-19 . The Consultation with Dr AJ Nguyen was very thorough and smooth. I like how comfortable the dr made me feel when expressing my concerns and the medical attention he gave

If you want to get a covid19 rapid test with insurance, they tell you you have to become a patient with the Dr.! Surely to invoice a lot more than necessary to the insurance company. And they do not tell you this before setting up an appointment. All these medical institutions want is more money, making money off of a pandemic is just plain wrong people!

Very pleasant experiences at this location. Needed a TB for a new job. Was able to get in quickly and received the results after 5 days.
Then I went in for an eye exam. Was again able to get a quick appointment. Prescription seems to be right on.
I'll be going back for hormone testing and whenever I can't get in to my regular doctor. They will send my tests etc. to my him.

Kudo Care has by far been my best experience with a doctor's office in my entire adult life. I have never been there longer than an hour and a half from the time I walked in the door, even when I just walked in without an appointment. I have been a patient there for about the last 3 years, and have probably been there for 20 visits in that time. Dr.AJ, and his nurse practitioners, and his entire staff are really amazing. They are open seven days a week, and the treatment that I have received there has been so good, that I would never consider going anywhere else. This place is literally 10

Honestly this place is great for the busy professional. They are open 7 days a week with later hours and have Doctors, Dentists, and Vision all under one roof. I have used the Medical and Dental specialties and they have exceeded my expectations.
My first visit an unplanned issue, I thought I was going to a Doc in the Box, but no this is a real practice and they are awesome. Very impressed with their Technical Skills, Compassion, and Professionalism.

Let's face it, most of us honestly do not look forward to going to the Doctors office. Kudo Care Center has changed that for me...
Every visit from start to finish has been great. The people that they have assembled are amazing. Dr. AJ Nguyen and Dr. Allison Nguyen actually take the time to talk to you. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. They invite you to ask questions.Dr. Allison even took the time to print out some stretches that I could do to warm up my lower back muscles. All of the nurses and reception team are friendly and very outgoing.

Dr.Nguyen has been my doctor for the past 7 years. Every time I go in I'm seen within 20 mins and his nurses are very friendly. He always takes the time to talk to me and is not judgmental. He helped me to overcome a high cholesterol problem with a combination of drugs, more exercise and watching what I eat. Go talk to him if you have health issues.

All of the doctors there are amazing very knowledgeable and very understanding. He assistants are always working so hard and I appreciate their hard work in keeping this place clean, quiet and comfortable.
Especially the dental department always running back and forth with patients and cleaning rooms to be able to take care of more patients
