Mr. Sheehan has practiced law for more than 30 years, nearly exclusively in the area of family law. He has handled numerous adoptions, both national and international, and also has expertise in drafting surrogacy agreements. With hundreds of trials under his belt, he is well able to assess your case and discuss both the in-court and out-of-court options.

Our goal is to bring together Birth Mothers and adoptive couples to make the adoption process a positive experience. We encourage Birth Mothers to take control of their life circumstances when they are feeling scared and conflicted from all sides. We aim to help Birth Mothers feel empowered in choosing the "right" adoptive couple and being pro-active in their adoption plan.

The truth is, as couples are waiting later and later to have children, infertility can increase dramatically. Litigation is the process by which claims for relief (for example, property distribution, child custody, child support, alimony, and divorce) are presented to the court for determination. In essence, when all else fails and the parties cannot resolve their differences by agreement, our judicial system provides a process in which claims are addressed by a judge and a ruling is entered by the court.

I hired Jeff to represent me in my divorce. It was a brutal, highly contentious divorce and when I initially called, Jeff's assistant, Sara, was calm and took as much time as I needed to explain my situation. She was compassionate and empathetic and relayed everything to Jeff accurately. Jeff laid everything out during our consultation and explained how the process would work in a way I could understand.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mr. Sheehan was amazing and very helpful with our 2 adoption situations. He was always an email or phone call away. Our questions were always answered in a timely fashion. He was great at explaining things and was prompt with getting things done like he said he would. Our adoption agency commented on how prompt and professional he was as well. We would definitely work with Mr. Sheehan if we ever adopted again. Would highly recommend Mr. Sheehan’s services!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had hired Jeff for my divorce and his services went well beyond what I could imagine. I went through a very challenging and devastating time in my life and I couldn't imagine having any other attorney by my side, like I said, when you hire an attorney you are going through some rough times and you want someone like Jeff guiding you. He is organized, courteous, efficient, and just a good person overall. He lays it all out and tells you the truth and you just know that he's being honest. I had initially interviewed other attorneys but I knew I had a good feeling
