Scott Stegall and his associates are amazing. They find everything, first time, thorough, plain to the T on what is crucial and what can be considered negligible. He's inspected both houses I've purchased over the years and I trust his eyes and experience. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They gave me a full presentation of my inspection and went through each issue. I got my inspection back within a day or so. I am so happy I chose them to take care of me. Now let the projects begin. I will be using them for my next house purchase they were wonderful. Can say enough good things about these guys if I could give them 10 stars I would.

This home purchase in Rock Hill makes number six for us over the course of our 41 year marriage. I’ve got to say it was the most thorough review with an inspector we’ve ever experienced. Scott walked us through every item that needed to be addressed, and this was very important to me because the home we are purchasing was built in 1928!
