My "Go To" place for garden tires and auto inspection. Another perfect service today!
Team Members were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Wait area was COVID-aware, we were all wearing masks, well done. Inspection also went well, good for another year for this car.
Plenty of parking out front, just past the gravel driveway. Multiple bays for their brisk business. I was in and out with no appointment in under an hour.

Super friendly and GREAT customer service!! We’re from north Alabama headed to Delaware and hit a pothole that warped our rim while on the interstate. I let them know off the bat that we were on a budget and just trying to make it to Delaware. They checked out all 4 tires and straightened our rim back out… free of charge. We were there a total of 15 minutes until we were back on the road! Waiting area was very clean and cool, which was much appreciated in this heat! They also had a toy table for kids to play! 10/10!

The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I can't post the comment with none at all. Horrible, inconsiderate, kept my car for hours and when I call to pay found out they hadn't performed any service... No phone call to let me know... Nothing. The most rude and customer-unfriendly management I ever encountered. Totally unapologetic. Beware!!! (And when I complained on Facebook their response was "get over yourself." REALLY? Welcome to small town USA!!)

I had been a regular customer for 12 years until this week. Was quoted 4 tires and an alignment at $381.85 over the phone by Jay. After I got off the phone, I called him right back and asked, specifically, how much the alignment would be on it's own. Had the tires ordered and made an apt. to bring it in the next day. When I went to pick it up and was charged $426. After protesting Jay knocked it down to $408 and insisted he never quoted me that number. M&H was the only shop I called and $381.85 was the only number I wrote down. Jay also said that just the tires alone were $365 and that

I called and they wouldn't even look up my tires to give me a quote. I was shopping around and no other shop had this problem. I have no idea what size tires I have. I know nothing about tires! Everyone else looked the information up by make and model for me. So I asked the guy that answered today if he could look them up. He said that there were too many options to look up. This was the 6th place I called! I called discount tires afterwards and they beat all the previous quotes and included road hazard insurance free, and the guy that answered was super nice, so I have a 12:30pm appointment

Stopped in here at 4:55pm on a Friday afternoon with a flat tire and needing to stay on the road with the trailer I was hauling. Did I get an attitude about arriving 5 minutes before quittin' time? After all, they roll up the sidewalks in this town pretty early in the evening. Quick answer, No attitude!
