Nathan and Nate replaced/upgraded my 35 year old water heater today. They were very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Brad, the owner, and Becky, the office manager, were awesome to work with as well. If you have a plumbing need, big or small, give them a call.

My rental had two leaking shut-off valves that needed replacing. I called Ballard and was able to get a plumber out within an 45 minutes due to a time slot opening up. The plumber came out (I didn't catch his name) and although he did not quote the price beforehand (I also should have asked), he was nice and personable. He was able to replace both in an ample amount of time. Thank you! I recommend.
