Services
In simplest terms, a subluxation a.k.a. Vertebral Subluxation) is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and create pressure on, or irritate spinal nerves. Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This pressure or irritation on the nerves then causes those nerves to malfunction and interfere with the signals traveling over those nerves.
This is a representation of one type of subluxation. A subluxation, as defined by the Association of Chiropractic Colleges is: "A subluxation is a complex of functional and/or structural and/or pathological articular changes that compromise neural integrity and may influence organ system function and general health."
Chiropractors do not claim to treat infectious diseases. What chiropractic does is allow your body to function free of nerve system interference and closer to your full potential. Understanding the spread of infectious disease and how best to defend yourself can lessen the fear as well as your chances of being impacted by infectious pathogens.
The aging process is inevitable. But getting on in years does not have to mean the loss in our quality of life. Good health is essential to enjoying our later years. Having good health at an older age is not a matter of chance. There are many things that contribute to good health and an enjoyable life.

I have received chiropractic care at Moretti Chiropractic for over 8 years, and I only have GREAT things to say about Dr. Moretti and their staff over the years. Dr. Moretti is an incredibly good listener, an absolute professional, he always tailors my care to any concerns I might have about my neck and back, and his expertise is just so, so impressive. He can pinpoint any issues and address it at the root. I am so thankful someone of his caliber is in the Roanoke area. I would drive hours to see him.

I have been going to Moretti Chiropractic WEEKLY since he
"came to town." Originally in the yellow brick building (now grey) opposite the high school I was Dr. Moretti's first patient. Obviously this will be a super review because why would I have continued going weekly if he was not the best!!!!! People always ask "Oh, do you have a back ache?" and I answer, "No, I never have a backache. Do you only brush your teeth when they hurt????" My friend, Jackie Werb, was actually his first patient - we both came in together and he took her first!!!!!!! She also goes to Dr. Moretti WEEKLY. What is her

This was my first chiropractic care. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor did explain the processes and steps well and it all made sense. The problems I had with them were: 1. During the mobility testing, I could feel heavy resistance by the doctor when moving my head side to side. 2. Constant up-selling and trying to get me to do Chiropractic care for my kids (I don't have any kids). 3. They have a kids play room off of the lobby. If the only care I received from Moretti Family Chiropractic was osteopathic adjustments I would still highly recommend them. I've been seeing Dr Moretti for 6 months now and hes amazing!! The office is clean, organized and peaceful. They even have a little section for kids to play in! Ashley at the front desk is amazing with keeping my appointments scheduled and payments organized. Dr Moretti listens to my concerns and spends time with me-he doesn't just hurry up and rush me off like alot of medical professionals do. He always has suggestions and encouraging words. Dr Moretti has been adjusting my baby girl since she was 3 weeks old (she is now 8 months old) and I wouldn't have it any other way. It has made a huge difference in her development and in the way I have improved my parenting skills .
