With Refund Transfer you can pay your tax preparation and related fees and with your refund. You can also pay your tax preparation fees with cash, check, debit or credit card, cash, PayPal etc. Clients can receive a tax refund advance during tax preparation at no additional charge to them ($500 or $1,000).

Great experience with Assel from AI Tax. Taxes are never fun but they made the whole process very simple. I had just moved to the area this year so was worried with having to find someone new to prepare taxes and AI not only made it easy with responsive emails and virtual conversations, they increased my refund from the prior year by a great amount. I was looking for someone in the DMV to work with on my taxes, but who is also a human and would talk to me and explain the process, answer questions without judgment or condescension. AI checked all these boxes and has also been incredibly thorough, detailed, transparent and thoughtful. AI also has secure file transfer and facile communication. I discovered Assel through Thumbtack and what a gem! 2019 was my first year owning my LLC and as a new business owner my methods were terrible. I arrived at our appointment carrying W2 issued tax forms, a folder of receipts and 2 separate sets of bank statements. Assel started at the beginning and methodically worked her way through my information, first creating a P&L sheet then transferring data to my Schedule C. Working non stop throughout the afternoon she prepared the best tax return money can buy and found me my maximum refund. I can't say enough about her patience, detail and dedication

I had my taxes prepared at AI Tax Consulting this year. My tax lady did an excellent job. I had to find an experienced tax preparer on a short notice who can file backtaxes and do amended return. I contacted AI and was able to make appointment quicky. Assel reviewed everything diligently and went over all the deductions, explained tax laws to help me understand why certain credits and deductions applied to my situation. I was pretty happy with an outcome and will return next year. Prices were very reasonable.
