Pro Designs gets the job done for my clients in the Denver Tech Center, and allows plenty of wiggle room with last-minute changes. They do have a no-nonsense demeanor from my experience, which I prefer but some of the reviews here appear to translate that as "rude". I'm guessing there was nonsense involved with their projects lol.

Do not go to this place. They are the rudest people I have ever met. They got order wrong and when i told told the lady up front, she continued to yell at me saying it's not her fault. When the gentleman with her told her to not charge for the mistake, she refused saying that if she did that, then it would make it her fault. Even when I told them that it's fine and go ahead and charge me for everything because I needed to go, she continued to yell at me(I am the customer). Again the rudest customer service ever.

This place is a rip off. Bad service, I'm close to take them to court they have 5,000 of mine since November. And they over charged me for going on site and to give me a quote as well. They charged me to pick up material and left things behind and had to take them my self and still charged me full amount. The owner is a sad, and mad person. Always against of what u need and treats you like you don't know what you need. It's been 3 months that he still has not refund me my money ey and I think I will take him to court for fraud charges. Don't trust him Whit down payments and ask for results. Never

I walked in to check if they make lawn signs. They did. They quickly designed the sign and said it would be ready in 2 days. I do not live in Denver area but 75 miles away, so could not come back in two day. They were kind, accomodated and said to come back in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The sign looks great!
