Concord Management is easily the best property management company I have ever worked with. They were responsive and professional whenever I reached out and repairs were completed quickly. Across the board, everyone in their company was easy to work with. If you're renting in the triad, Concord is the way to go.

Concord made sure to make me feel at home. They responded in a timely fashion to all maintenance needs and any other issues that may have came up. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable management experience.
The live in process was great but after moving out I had issues with my security deposit. The deposit took longer than the allotted 30 day requirement and I was charged for things that I don’t feel I should have been. This part of the experience was completely unacceptable!

As long as I’m renting I’ll never rent from another company other than Concord. They are genuine, kind and honest. They are real people not just some fat cat slum lords in a different state collecting your rent money like most rental companies. Phyllis, Eric and the other receptionist are amazing people! I’d recommend them to anyone! God Bless the Concord Management family!!!

This is the best rental company I've ever dealt with. I've always been able to reach them and they're quick about getting maintenance out to fix things. They're very understanding about certain situations and they are so considerate. Phyllis is the best and has gone above and beyond for me since I started renting with them a year ago!
