My husband and I have been going to this dentist ever since we've moved into town. The entire staff is super friendly and they remember me and my husband and all that we talk about during our appointments. Just proves to me that they genuinely care for their patients.
There is never a wait which I love. When I arrive, I'm taken back to a room to start my appointment within the minute. It's wonderful. I highly recommend this dentist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gross for about 2 years now. I needed a substantial amount of dental work when I started seeing him, and he took great care of me. He's a very competent dentist and the work was almost completely pain-free. His staff is amazing, too. Very caring and friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him.

It says a lot about a place when the people STAY - everyone is so friendly and they always take the time to ask about me and my family. You get personalized service from him and all the members of his staff. Melissa is a friendly, gentle hygienist. Sherry is the greatest office manager who is ready to answer all of your questions. We recently moved to the area and are so happy to have found Big Oak Family Dentistry, truly a top notch dental practice. Dr. Gross and his staff provide excellent care and service. The office manager Sherry is extremely friendly and helpful, and does a great job dealing with insurance. The dental hygienist is also friendly and professional, giving a very thorough and pain-free cleaning. My son had to get several fillings done by Dr. Gross and reported that the experience was as comfortable and pleasant as it could possibly be.
