A bunch of losers who prey on young girls. They wanted to tow my car even though i was inside and followed me for miles and tried to corner me several times. I had to call the police and they lied straight to the cop’s face. If you live at the Marshall beware of these freaks, all they want is money and will even compromise your safety for it. I had to write a police report on the sad excuse for a man that works here.

They damage your car and don’t take responsibility. Everyone hates the towing guy but everyone hates the one that damages there car in the process. Very unprofessional employees who all sound like they’ve given up on life and settled for this job. No hope around any of them. Most importantly they don’t respect others property (probably because they don’t even respect themselves).

This is the worse towing company in Fayetteville, AR. The company is quite literally a joke. I spent 4 hours in MY Maine office completing homework because I needed a work study room, and when I walked back over to my apartment, my car was gone…. from MY HOUSE! They like to pick and choose who they tow and at any given time. Unless of course you are trying to pick YOUR car up. They dont care if you have things to do or what you’re going through. They are there to take anyones vehicle. I had to call 4x before someone finally answered and when he did, he was extremely rude and yelled a price

I understand that if your car is already in their yard it is too late and you'll have to pay to get it back, but I'm posting this so that hopefully someone at the company sees it and reevaluates their business model. I overstayed a guest pass that I received for an apartment building and was subsequently towed - this is completely my fault and I don't blame them for towing my car to their lot. I blame them for sending me a letter informing me that my car had been towed. It took 11 days for the letter to arrive, accruing a $10 per day fee. Without knowledge that my car had been towed, I presumed

If you call them there’s a GREAT chance they will tell you they don’t have your car, so call the police department with your car credentials and 12 will tell u what yard your car is at. This tow was one of the first I’ve called and they lied and gaslighted me about my car never being there which subsequently had me pay more. Just show up don’t even call them.
