As the Executive Director of Marketing at San Joaquin Community Hospital, I have worked with Troy on many projects over the past seven years. In my role, I work with dozens of vendors across the nation; however, there is no one I enjoy working with more than Troy. Not only is he a great person, but he is committed to doing whatever it takes to get the project done correctly and on time. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! One thing I cannot stand is someone who hides behind religion for financial gain! Troy, owner of Advanced signs, is such a person. I had a large banner made for my business and it was not delivered when promised, the graphic work was very blurred, two banners were glued together rather than a one piece banner as expected. I first talked to Troy by phone and he advised me that he was the number one banner producer in Bakersfield and he stated that most sign companies in Bakersfield use him – I found this to be a lie after calling most sign shops in Bakersfield
