Bought a house a few years back for the first time and I know next to nothing on garage doors so I called Doors2Fix. Turns out I'm handier than anticipated and got the pulley back on the door to fix it just before Door2Fix showed up. They still came, looked over my door, were extremely professional and I know who I'm calling for my garage door in the future. They made me aware of wear issues on the door and when it would possibly need replacement. Good local company.

Spring broke Saturday leaving garage door in operable. Monday called around to get quotes to repair booked with cheapest quote but could get in till Friday. Called Doors-2-Fix offered free in person estimate the Tuesday. Communication via phone was friendly and professional. Received text when tech was 20 minutes away. Estimate was comparable but realistic due to being in person. Both springs replaced in a VERY timely manner which makes me wish i tried to replace myself but times is money and money is time. Estimate included a tune up which came with a recommendation to replace rollers winter is

We just moved and needed a motor with an opener. I thought we were only going to get an estimate and have to wait another couple of days for install, however their technician was very efficient and did everything in our same appointment window. It was very easy to work with this company and the technician was very respectful and gave us all of the information to our new opener! It is very quiet and works great with the remote or key pad, can’t wait for our wifi so we can try it from our phones as well! Would highly recommend this company for future garage door!

I found a busted torsion spring on the my garage door on a very cold night. The next day I contacted Doors 2 Fix and they were able to come out on the same day. Derek was very nice, honest, and thorough. He gave me some tips on how to keep the door running smooth, and adjusted the panels and garage door opener. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work. One night last week I came home and shut the garage door and heard a horrible noise as it came to a rough stop. I called and left a message with another vendor and they never called me back. I called Doors-2-Fix at 7:30am the next morning and was given a window of 11-1pm and told a text would happen alerting me when the tech was 30 min. out. Sure enough, I received the text and before noon and a gentleman named Derek arrived. He has us all fixed up by 1:30pm. We had a problem with the motor and he said we may want to consider replacing the springs as they were nearing the end of their life span

Our garage door stopped working yesterday, and Doors-2-Fix was able to get someone to our house the next day. The repair technician was polite and very knowledgeable.
I ended up having the garage door opener replaced instead of repaired (the repair tech could have fixed the opener, but the opener was very old, and I've been wanting to get a new one). The repair technician installed the opener in a couple of hours (I also had him replace the weather strip seal on the bottom of the garage door). The new opener is awesome. It opens very quietly and smoothly.

I called these guys to come out to our house and look at our malfunctioning door. Got an appointment that day. Tech called to let me know he was on his way and on schedule when the time neared, despite a nasty unforecasted storm that came out of nowhere. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable. He pointed out that the problem was that one of the ground-level sensors had been knocked out of alignment. e bent it back and it worked great. He said that since he had been nearby and it was such an easy fix that he would waive the $99 service call fee but asked that we keep them in mind for the future. I

Called these guys to fix a snapped door torsion spring. Derek (I think was his name) was on time, and courteous. There were no extra fees, and he fixed the spring in under an hour without any issues. I wish more repair services worked like these guys. Honest, fast, and professional.
The work he did and the parts are now under a two year warranty, and I feel better knowing that the problem is fixed, and that I can count on them if something happens for the next two years.

Spring on the Garage door broke. I've learned that when one breaks, the other is soon to follow! The service technician Derek showed up at the agreed upon appointment time and had everything needed to replace both springs. Additionally they preformed a tune up on the door tracks and adjusted the garage door opener and all in just under an hour.

Our garage door stopped opening while my family and I were leaving around 6:30pm. We figured we'd find someone that at best case could come the next morning. We found Derek and Doors-2-Fix on Yelp and called because of the great reviews. Derek answered and although he was no where near our home/city, he said he'd be out within the next hour. As luck would have it, one of the springs on our garage door broke this morning. I called a couple of places but wasn't too impressed with the conversations I had. Looked on Yelp and found Doors-2-Fix. Talking to Eric was great and he explained what they would do and that he could have someone to the house in about 1.5 hours. Right on schedule, Derek showed up. He went to work explaining what needed to be done and recommended replacing both springs and with ones of higher quality. His reasoning was sound and, even replacing two springs, it was done quickly and for a reasonable amount

Eric was AMAZING!!!! He came over, did a free estimate as per their add says and he said if we did it right then and there, he would knock of a certain amount of the estimated price. We did and came to an agreement in price. Not only was he quick, knowledgable and effective, he was kind and open to questions and suggestions. He was GREAT!!!
