Bruce and MaryAnn Marshall live in Gillette, Wyoming and also run another jewelry store Marshall Diamond Jewelry. Their daughter moved her family to Miles City, Montana to Manage the store. She has 12 yeas experiance in the jewelry field. We came to Miles City in hopes that we can work with the comunity and make it our own also.

Ended up having to return my bridal set after having it continuously messed up for 2 months. Found out the stones in the ring were glued in and many prongs were broken off and not repaired correctly. They failed to tell me that when soldering them all together it would shrink in size. The rings ended up getting stuck on my finger and had to be cut off after telling them numerous times the ring is not going to fit and being told well it’s hot out so give your hands a few days. If it didn’t fit then how would it ever fit when hot out. After 4 weeks of waiting for my ring to be done I called to

Had to go back 5 or 6 times before things were alright. Jewelry isn't the greatest quailty overall. Many of the diamonds had noticeable inclusions or mediocre clarity and color. One employee, I believe may have been a manager or possibly owner acted very condescending. Another gal; tall, blonde hair with bright eyes was very pleasant, patient and kind, which is why I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2.
