Present project proposal with cost expectations with guaranties and allowance for unidentified finishes. Set up a log into our project management program so that client may follow the progress and list the needed selections. Construction is overseen by Project Superintendent with ownership always available to solve any unforeseen issues.
We hired Adrian builders for a master bathroom remodel and they were excellent! My husband and I had never done a home remodel project before so we were pretty nervous. Tim Baker was our project manager and he excelled in customer service. Any time I had a concern his response would be? I? d be happy to take care of that for you?.and he did!
Adrian Builder's Group designs, specifies, supplies, & installs all flooring products. We perform work in new construction or in existing occupied space without disrupting operations. We are very effective at accurately budgeting and providing expert advice regarding product performance and installation.

We love Adrian Builders!!! We hired them to remodel our downstairs bathroom. They did an amazing job. The bathroom looks amazing!!!! The guys are all so wonderful & friendly!! Always cleaned up everyday. Dean was in touch constantly every step of the way during the project. We were so happy we decided to ask for a quote to have our kitchen remodeled and decided to have them do that project as well. Again, nothing but the best from them. We've used Adrian BG for two projects: Total bathroom remodel, total kitchen remodel, in both cases down to studs. Craftspeople are professional, friendly, and do great work. Project management is excellent: Great communication, great follow-up, great attention to detail and quality. Extremely happy with the cost and outcome of both projects. Highly recommended.
