I had a really wonderful experience working with the De Senas. They were SO helpful. I used them for two real estate contracts, as a buyer and a seller, first time for each, and they were great at explaining things I didn't understand, and helping me through the process, and doing everything they could to make a rocky situation easier. Highly recommend for your legal needs!!!

Mr. De Sena and company were amazing! When I hired them for an issue with my moving company, they were immediately responsive and empathetic to my situation. They were quick to take measures to help me with the moving company, and even physically drove/went to the company to try and get the moving company to resolve the situation/problem. Mr. De Sena was wonderful at communicating with me, and even took a phone call from me when he was out of the country. I highly recommend them, if you have an issues with a business/civil case, they will go above and beyond to help resolve it out of court, but

We used Desena and Petro for the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home. Someone was always available when we called and they were always responsive to emails. Even with the crazy housing market and the difficulties that caused, everything went smoothly, both properties closed on time, and their fees were still more than fair.
