We offer complete consulting services in our fields of expertise, and we have functional specialists who can supervise the operation of any system we design. We offer the vitality and flexibility of a dynamic and growing organization enhanced by the versatility and enthusiasm of young talents and new ideas which are based on the depth, dependability, and knowledge drawn from our broad experience.
ICT believes as members of the community we have an important role to play in improving the city. Since our inception in 1942, ICT has maintained steady and continued growth in personnel. Our present staff of over 190 employees consists of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, Construction Administrators, CADD Technicians, and various Administrative personnel. We are proud of our record of continuing growth, expansion of services offered, and providing top quality services to our clients.

Medical Insurance: ICT provides medical insurance for employees and their families (if applicable) and pays 75% of the premium. This plan is compatible with health savings account, which ICT helps to fund. Also contains wellness benefit, which includes on-site biometric screenings, individual assessments and coaching, and an awards/gift program.
