These locations have very low skilled technicians. I wouldn’t recommend even letting them change a lug nut on any vehicles. I took a 2000 Ford F-350 7.3 wrecker tow truck in to have some repairs done. Specifically being: a hydraulic ram for the wheel lift, new ball joints, new tie rods, new sway bar links, new tires, and a complimentary oil change. Their “top” mechanic changed a fuel filter without my consent. When removing the old one, he pounded the filter housing cap off with a hammer and broke the housing. Nobody told me, got my truck back not running and leaking fuel. Was assured by
