We were new to the printing industry once, although we can hardly remember when that was - so we understand. We're also obsessed with quality and your satisfaction, so please feel free to ask us anything.

Spot colors should only be used when printing in specific PMS colors. Please always add 1/8 to accommodate for bleed. When sending artwork via Hightail please put all of your files in a folder and upload, or zip before uploading for fastest submission.

EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is a mailing service through the USPS - and combined with our quality printing and our Preferred Partnership with the USPS, we guarantee the lowest prices to increase your visibility and sales margins. An EDDM standard postcard is 6.25" x 8". For our EDDM postcards we recommend 14pt semi-gloss cover or 100# uncoated cover, double-sided.

Kristy and her team have been absolutely excellent. I needed some support in our marketing efforts for our local Montessori school and the quick responsiveness was truly unbelievable.
