RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! This company is ran by a husband and wife Robert and Elizabeth and they are con artists to say the least!!! We rented a home from them in ElK Grove and had nothing but problems. I should have known when we never met one person and everything was done via email. Lock box with keys on the door. We showed the house to ourselves. We boarder line thought it was a scam because we never met one person in person to this day for this house. We lived with our kitchen ceiling ripped out for months with no repairs as well as leaking water pipes that dropped down thru walls and into the

Yesterday (8/25/21).
After our tour in each house he immediately called the listing agent to the property i was interested and inquired all details and unfortunately there were offers in a couple of the properties i was leaning to make offer.
Robert is very knowledgeable of the area,
And on the situation and offer adviced encourgement for future prospect of house hunting and considering our power to buy.

It's a shame. Pretending to do high-end real estate and provide mediocre service. If you're looking for serious professionals, don't come here. We rented a house and every week we had different problems, they told us they were going to find solutions, you can call them, call them again, they do nothing and don't even call you back.
