At Smiles by Dr. W and Dr. R, our two Boca Raton, FL and Coral Springs, FL dentists are orthodontists. That means they received several years of additional training after becoming dentists in order to specialize in improving the alignment of your teeth, your jaws, and your bite. Dr. Ira Rothstein was born and raised in Hollywood, FL along with his brother, Adam. He loves South Florida, and he always knew he wanted to live and work in the community where he grew up. He calls meeting Dr. Wohlgemuth and becoming a partner in the practice a dream come true. After graduating from Pine Crest School, he studied at Emory University, where he received a bachelor's degree in biology.

We were on vacation and my son lost his rubber bands. I called the office of Smiles but Dr W & Dr R and I spoke to Ronnie. She was so understanding and so helpful. Not only did she give me 1 bag of rubber bands she gave me 2 bags. What a wonderful gesture and I am so appreciative. Great office and staff

I absolutely loved my experience at Smiles by Dr. W & Dr. R!! Everyone from the front end staff to the doctors were so kind, helpful, patient and fun! I dealt mostly with Dr. R throughout my Invisalign process. He was the absolute best. Towards the end of my treatment, I requested a couple different refinements to be completely happy with my smile and he went above and beyond to make it happen. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Somewhat late in life, I decided to finally invest in the smile that I never had. A couple of dental professionals in my area referred me to Smiles by Dr. W and Dr. R. Having been a patient of Dr. Rothstein for about a year now, I understand why I received the enthusiastic referrals. We know and see Dr. R for many years for my daughter's treatment and we are certain that he is the best orthodontist around! Too bad we didn't know him before for my older child. Dr. R is always responsive and compassionate. His clinic has the most updated equipment and he delivers amazing results! Highly recommended!

The staff at this practice are amazing! They are beyond friendly! Made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped into the door until I left! We saw Dr R and he was great! They really like to get to know their patients. They are not overly aggressive with diagnosis and don’t rush you for treatment just to make a buck! This aspect I love! I actually can’t wait to take my daughter back in a year for her checkup!

My three beautiful boys have been using Dr. W. and Dr. R. with amazing results. My youngest just got his braces off and we couldn't be happier!!
