Hilton Moving was originally hired by one of the sub-contractors to deliver cabinets. They were then hired to pick up the cabinets and then redeliver them a second time due to a unrelated management issue. They were careless, dropping several of the boxes while off loading them from the large moving truck. We would not recommend this moving company.

Worked with this Business, and we were recently told as of 5.8.2021 told Encore Luxury Deliveries can't go out until 6.15.2021, because Hilton Moving and Storage has no other man power to deliver. Strange, delivering the other companies just fine? Seam to be short handed for Encore Luxury, not enough people for the worked booked by ownership. So we have been using other services to pick up and deliver to our clients, so Our clients get the service they deserve!! TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS! One of the worst decisions we could have ever made was hiring Hilton movers to relocate us from Florida to Alabama. if I could write them zero stars we would. Please be aware they do not wrap your furniture when putting in the puzzled truck like a jigsaw like children and then to lie about it and you catch them red-handed and they have nothing to say or comment. To top it all off they lost parts to our bed which the owner of the company clearly stated we move every bed and our people are aware they have worked with us for 10 years plus with the people that it comes to our home that's not true

As a mover who worked for this company if you’re a person of color swfl isn’t a place for equal opportunity, these companies plays by a golden boy rule which is super if it really meant having good morals, being a stand up guy, and really carrying yourself as a good man. Which isn’t the case here, these guys are afraid of competition, will throw you under the bus-for their mistakes will not take ownership and no consequences will be applied but to new employees. Moved from Naples on Oct. 21, 2020. Movers were very careful and courteous. Our belongings were stored in their warehouse until their interstate moving co. Stevens Worldwide movers took over to move our items to our new home in TN. When our items were delivered, they had “lost” a clothing wardrobe! After a month long “investigation” they concluded… that it was “lost”! Nobody accepted the blame for the loss! Our claim was filed! With the help of Hilton Moving, we moved from a high rise condo in Naples to a single family home also in Naples. Our realtor recommended Hilton Moving and we're glad he did. Very professional crew and they worked hard for most of entire day helping us. We used Hilton because they came highly recommended by our realtor. They lived up to all 5 stars. The crew was the best. Everything arrived without anything being damaged. We also used Hilton because we were moving out of state and they could pack and deliver in 2 days. Our belongings were the only ones on the truck. Their price was very competitive.

Hilton Moving and Storage has a competent, professional Team, including movers and storage facility staff, particularly Chris (storage facility manager), Eric (operations), and, Kelly (front office-communications and billing). I have dealt with this company for more than 15 years, on and off, both for myself & wife as well as, close relatives over the years. I have returned to them for good reason(s), and recommend without reservations. They also have warehoused our household goods and belongings at their expansive, modern storage site at 3500 Shearwater Street in Naples, Florida 34117.
