ONE STAR because I'm forced to give it. I could write for days about this place, but I'll summarize it the best I can. Five years ago rented a place from them, and they said it was ready to be moved in which was a LIE. Mind you we were in no rush to move in-we had months before we needed to move. They just wanted that MONEY. Greasy (yes, greasy) curtains had holes in them from sun rot, which also included dead granddaddy longlegs and spider webs.

*****SLUM LORD! SLUM LORD! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY******
I could go on for hours to explain the deplorable conditions we were forced to live in. And on top of that they took our ENTIRE deposit!!! Now granted we will probably receive every penny and more back once we go to small claims court, but still.
Just a brief history: My wife and 3 kids and I moved into a home in Concord (Turtle Creek... hint hint, don't rent a house in Turtle Creek from these people) back in January of 2012. We moved out on April 1st of 2014. During that time many things went wrong

I had the WORST experience of my life renting a home from these people!
Multiple large dogs broke through the fence that surrounded my yard while my three young children were in the yard. It took me 4 months to get them to actually fix the fence since they were being held up by coat hangers and baby gates done by their handyman. My children were terrified to go into the backyard that I was paying for.
The gardener that I paid for in my rent monthly occasionally came and when he did he raked the leaves into a huge pile in the corner of my backyard making that while section unusable. When the

Do not work with Stuart Levitas. This was one of the worst experiencesof my life trying to rent a property in Lafayette recently. Below is a recount of my issue I sent ot the owner of tenantfinders.com:

These people are criminals. Nothing will ever be done for you as a renter. No repairs or help for anything. They coned me out of a months rent by saying they never received my thirty days notice. No matter how many times I called in for repairs or questions, they never got back to me until I physically went in to the office. Funny thing is they are only there from 9-3 including an hour lunch break, which is fine in France but what the heck. Stere clear of this place, especially Rhonda the manager. Better to look elsewhere.

This place is HORRIBLE! First I filled out an application, for an in-law studio in the back of a house, on Friday with RYAN CUDDEBACK. The guy checks it out and says it's a $25 fee for the application and credit check. Yea the expiration on my card was 9/10 so somehow he charges me $910 instead of $25. Makes me account go under and get overdraft charges. I let that go because it's a simple mistake. He told me that if I wanted to hold the place to give him a "
