My car needed a new part - unfortunately it was on national back order due to covid. Despite having to wait a while for the part - it was completely covered by Ford warranty and the employees were extremely pleasant, respectful and empathetic. Wendy did a fantastic job updating me and just touching base with me so I knew me and my car weren't forgotten.
When the part did arrive - I immediately got a call telling me so and later on the same day was able to pick up my car; working perfectly.

Although Conway Ford is a bit of a drive for us, we would rather bring our C-Max there for service than the dealer that is closer to us. The service staff is friendly and helpful and the experience is less factory-like and more personal than others we have experienced.

We have taken our RV to the truck service department at Conway Ford. They work very hard the make sure the vehicles in their care are fixed and that their customers are happy. The customer service person, Mitch is always very helpful and takes his obligation to the customer very seriously. He is very good about listening to the customer and keeps you updated with the progress of the repairs. Will definitely recommend Conway Ford truck service. Be sure to ask for Mitch!!!

Wendy Grooms in the service department is outstanding!!! The mechanics were very thorough with the diagnostic and repairs of my vehicle. Although my warranty company took a long time to approve my claim; Conway Ford Team provided all the information needed at a timely manners. Wendy Grooms kept me informed on all situations that occurred. Thanks to the entire Conway Ford Service Team for a job well done.

Bought 2017 Ford Transit Passenger Sprinter August 9th, 2021. I just received the vehicle on September 14th, 2021. This Sprinter was advertised on Auto Trader as great vehicle in great condition and in stock. I found out the vehicle was not in stock and promised I would have it in 2 days which turned into 1 1/2 weeks. Seat belt issues was discovered which took additional 1 1/2 to repair. Drive 2 hours to pickup the vehicle and the air conditioner was not working properly. This took 2 more weeks to repair. I have never experienced or heard of a situation like this from a Ford Dealer such as this

They failed to meet my expectations. I still have my original problem with my f150. They knew this issue was not resolved when charging me for my repair.

Three days later and no return call from the General Manager. I changed my two stars to one star.

Please save your time and avoid this place. They simply don't deliver the best deal around. Do your shopping and you'd be surprised what you can save.

Update: Just gave them a second chance with even worse results...stay away from this place.

Sales managers are out of touch with reality and their competition.

Just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS from this dealership. My salesman was Harrison and he was great! Bryson Elvis the finance manager was also efficient and professional. My only issue was the amount of time that it took to make the purchase and then I was told to come back on Monday at 5 to pick up my new car and at 5:40 the car still was not ready but other than (1)having to wait a little while(2) and finding the carpet that covers the spare tire in the back to be soaking wet the service was fantastic! I'm happy with my purchase.

Don't shop here typical bait and switch, dealer located a car I liked and agreed to buy, left a deposit, then 3 days later after I called back 3 times, the car was sold to someone else. he said he would mail back my check, but after 13 days still no check, despite what he claims.

I was car shopping for a small transport vehicle for my home business. I decided on a Ford Transit Connect that met my needs best. I shopped around at several of the local Ford dealers for their best deal. Geramie, commercial sales, for Conway Ford had the best deal at the time. I went up, tried the vehicle and found that Geramie was easy to work with and was very helpful. I left with a Transit Connect that fit my needs for a good price.

Called Service Dept 3 times to get our vehicles serviced. Nobody EVER available to talk to you. Just leave message. First time they called back and we missed the call. They never called back. Second time we called they just didn't return the call. Third call and voicemail again. WOW....What is it about "CUSTOMER SERVICE" that escapes these guys?
