I had a great experience at Walker Auto Body & Frame Shop recently. Alex is just great and super accommodating. Our car was done is about 3 days and looks incredible. The price was great as well and much less than I expected. They are really all about customer service and it shows. Highly recommended!!

Walker Auto Body was my first stop when I went to go get estimates. I ended up not going anywhere else and chose them right away. They seemed fair and knowledgeable and I loved that they're a family owned business. When I picked up my car it looked brand new! I am extremely happy with the work they did. They even detailed the interior and exterior. They also have a lifetime guarantee for their work.

I bought a brand new 2017 Honda Accord in December and just months later I was involved in a hit and run which left the rear left side of my drivers side bumper with a considerable amount of damage. All of my cars have always been Honda and I'm the person who would pretty much only let Honda work on my car, no matter what. Walker Auto Body was actually recommended to me through an individual and I looked up the reviews and decided to give them a shot for more than one reason. Mark and his team did not disappoint. I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault and was hesitant at first to bring my car here because the tow truck driver offered this as a place he would bring my vehicle to for free. I let him do it, and it was honestly a great thing to happen. Mark and his team are very attentive and helpful. I had some issues throughout my claims process, but this was due to the insurance company, NOT Mark or anyone else who works at Walker. I would highly recommend that anyone go here, regardless of if it's due to being involved in an accident or for general repairs.

I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist had to be the sweetest, best person I have ever met. She went out of her way to try to find me a rental car. It surprised me because I had dealt with horrible customer service all day. Even though this body shop is 30 minutes from where I live, I will definitely use them just because she showed me great customer service!

I had a tough job for them. Replace the body mount bushings on my Ford. Other shops turned the job down flat, saying it was too involved. They did it, did a great job fixing it, and my ford is riding much better. The price was right, and there was no push to do more or up the bill.
I would have given them 5, but the interior was left kinda messy from the work done inside. Still, great job on a hard project.
