It was time to refresh the design of our home and to get more functionality from the space we have. We had an upstairs loft family room that we never used, and we needed an extra room so that I could have a separate office space that could be used as a den in the evenings. The refresh involved painting in almost every single room. Our interior designer recommended that we hire The Dan Company to do both the painting and closing off of our family room to turn it into a Den/Office. The Dan Company did a phenomenal job. I contracted the Dan Company team to repair a leaky upstairs shower that had damaged the drywall downstairs. I had used them at my previous home and was impressed with that work. For this most recent project, I also had a great experience... at all levels, from quoting, scheduling, repair work and follow up. The job itself was excellent, but I was most impressed with the constant communication from everyone involved. I never had to check on status of anything at any step of the way. And the project was completed on time and below originally quoted price. I'll definitely look to them for any future

We have had several phases of renovation to our MCM house and have also used several contractors. Hands down the Dan Company was our best experience. There are always going to be hiccups and moments of question but what helps is a team of professionals who can move seamlessly through. We enjoyed working with The Dan Company for our home exterior rejuvenation project. Communication was very easy and very professional. Our project manager responded quickly to any concerns we had. In particular their carpenters & painters were great. They made great suggestions that ultimately lead to a terrific finished project, giving our house lots of curb appeal! When I bought our home in 2004, it had a fine, wooden deck attached. Lately my wife noticed that the deck was a bit decrepit and so contacted the Dan Company to build a sturdy replacement. Even though hampered by the Covid virus and the requirements of our HOA, the doors they replaced and the rebuilt deck were all very high quality. We'll call the Dan Company for any future renovations to our home and have already recommended them to our neighbors.

I had some minor issues that needed attention and I was unsure myself how to proceed. I contacted a number of contractors on Yelp and Dan was professional and generous with his time. He explained to me what I could do myself to fix the issues so I'm going to give it a try. Should more issues arise, Dan will be at the top of my list to contact.

I was searching for a contractor to come and assess a load bearing beam at a house we were looking to buy. The folks at dan company were very quick to reply and reach out. I sent them pictures of what would need to be done and instead of them giving me an answer I wanted to hear they gave me the truth. They gave me a realistic estimate it would be if we were to instal a beam across the living room and what would need to take place in order for that to happen. I was in need of an immediate gutter repair and a crawlspace inspection on my home but had a list of several other "handyman" jobs needing to be done as well. I found The Dan Company online and after doing some research contacted them to set up an appointment. I was immediately impressed with how quickly the office manager contacted me to set up the initial appointment and equally impressed with the project manger I met with to discuss my home issues. The work was scheduled for the following week and the two workers that came to take care of my more immediate repairs were extremely professional
