I was verbally quoted a price when going over a bulk t-shirt order and we agreed to move forward. When time came to pay the price was nearly double and when I asked what happened to the verbal price given he back peddled and said that price was for the shirts only. Greedy business owner and low quality materials.

We needed to print a shirt quickly for a school project. VE signs did a great job! It was done quickly and it looked great. They had some questions after I dropped it off, but they called me and we got it resolved, and I was able to pick it up on time!

Today I got my shirts when I saw them I noticed that the label was miss spelled. So I went to the shop again and talked with the owner about the mistake and he immediately said that he was not going to afford the mistake because he was no willing to lose money. That if I wanted the shirts done correctly I had to put some more money from my pocket what kind of business is that? Bad customer service he just never stops arguing about money and doesn't give you a better solution. Never coming back.

Called for a quick quote... ended up going back and forth between the lady answering the phone and whoever she was forwarding the questions too...... future reference they should have someone answer who knows what they're talking about answer the phones..

The customer service I experienced at VE SIGNS was very professional. I had to make and print obituaries for a family member who passed away. VE SIGNS helped me every step of the way. When I made a mistake on the obituary and had to go back to VE SIGNS they were very accommodating. I will definitely use their services for other printing needs in the future.

I had to update since Brad the business manager decided to respond to the review after 6 months. As soon as I made the original review I got a direct message from brad saying it was my fault the order got screwed up. His words "this looks like there was some miss communication on your side" nothing about helping or fixing the order. This was my second order of cards and I just wanted the same thing as my first order so I am not sure how I miss communicated. I explained that i just wanted to reorder and was assured I would get the same order as my first but when I pick up my order it was

Reasonable pricing. Pretty quick with getting the job done. They are very nice too.

I was in a bind when I needed a dozen 3 inch pin-back buttons in less than a week for an engagement proposal. I had no luck finding someplace local that would be willing to only make a handful. I was able to pick up in 2 business days (as promised) and with plenty of time to spare. Although it was not as cheap as trusting some unknown, online service, I would gladly pay the same for the work that they did and for the peace of mind of having them on time. There was a $15 set up fee for the service, but thankfully that meant that they could re-design my original image from scratch. Their version

We usually order decals for patrol cars, report forms and employee awards for our Security company. All the items are professionally made and designed. JP is always helpful. We highly recommend this place.

I don't recommend this place!!! the service was bad!! took a lot longer than they promised me

Probably wont go back. The staff seemed scatter minded and could not comprehend the printing I wanted done (hard to believe because they call themselves "designers"). Took the staff 45 minutes to print a simple 12 (11 actually because the forgot to print one) sheets of paper (though some were double sided).

I would rather pay the little extra and drive a little farther to somewhere like FedEx Office to save time and a hassle.
