They helped us move and we appreciated that they wrapped the furniture, treating our pieces well. They guys worked so hard to get the move done in a timely/efficient manner.
They did drop a pretty weighty wooden nightstand down the stairs but Dtown was accommodating and said that they would get it repaired with no extra cost to us. We are waiting to hear back about that and we're about a month after our move. We'll update on that later when we hear back.

More than 90 days have pass since the day we moved and used your services, trying to contact management or someone who cares for costumer services and satisfaction has been imposible, emails and calls don’t get any response, I guess reviews and recommendations is the way to go.

I would not use them again!!! They showed up 2 hours late! No phone call saying they would be that late! Daisy quoted a price for my move @ $139 per hour. After the moved was completed the owner said he would not honor that price and the price was $189 hour and that his price was the best price I would find anywhere. Totally unprofessional!!! Stay away!!!

Secondly to say they are Professional is a Joke they don't even Return your Calls after they price Goudge. I would give them negative stars if I was given the ability to do so.These guys weren't even on my radar except the building I was moving out of only had a few moving companies that they allowed and these guys were one of them.
I scheduled a move with them 3 and a half weeks (25 days) in advance. I made it clear it had to be in the morning because of various reasons. They required a deposit in order to reserve the time, but it took me weeks to get them to even take my money as their system provided no actual way to pay them.

I never write reviews but i'm doing it so you don't make the same mistake and hire this company. if i could give zero stars i would. i waited 2 whole days for a same day delivery.
i scheduled a pickup-delivery of a grand piano. gave them every detail possible, pay my deposit and i thought i was set to go. When they arrived the day of delivery, the guys said they couldn't perform the job because it was too steep and that they needed more than 3 guys to move it even though i told them about the four steps. they took my piano without asking before how we could resolve the situation

It started good with making the appt and them communicating arrival. Friendly movers but bad ethics. It took 3 hours to load from a 1 bedroom, 1st floor apt which all have been packed for them and partner and I even helped moved closet and other misc items and took forever. Then they try to reason that it's normal. They starts the move at 1037 and it's now 506pm. For a 1 bedroom. And when I called to reason, the manager was rude and aggressive to the point that I can't even talk. The dropped a lot of items and scuffed my walls and these guys cannot organized for anything. I do not feel comfortable recommending the company to anybody based on my experience. I believe in working things out with any company before leaving a review. I've tried to do that but was ignored and nothing that was promised was ever followed thru.
Movers were scheduled from 2 pm - 4 pm. I kept calling to check on their ETA and I was told they were still running behind and I would get a discount because of it. Still here waiting on a reservation that I made days in advance for 5:30-6 PM and it's going on 9 o'clock now with no word of when my driver is supposed to show. The last update I got was hours ago from Edwardo suggesting that he was getting with the driver to make me aware of when to expect them. Can't get them over the phone because they're "having trouble with their lines", which he suggested over e-mail, but the line rings just fine. Have a hard time believing that no one is there to answer it.
