So I said Yes to the Dress today after being to soo many wedding boutique! RAY IS SUPERB!!! She is my wedding gown consultant. She helped me to find a perfect gown that's within my budget. I even came without an appointment the 2nd time just to check the sale rack. She was very accommodating to me, texted me back that I can come over. 3rd dress off the Sales rack and Booom! That was my dress! She made sure that I won't spend too much, reminded me that I still have alterations to spend. She's NOT PUSHY AT ALL AND WILL RESPECT YOUR DECISION IF YOU CAN't find your dress.

Flares Bridal was recommended by my sister-in-law, but the experience I had here as a new bride was awful.
Unless you are a size 2-4, do not make an appointment. I was very optimistic about trying on bridal gowns here because of all the beautiful options they had and their website says they carry dresses that fit all shapes and sizes. This is not true. I've been in 11 weddings so I have been to bridal stores from CA to NYC and it's highly unusual for a bridal store to carry only 1 size dress for all styles. After going to many salons in the bay area, Flares was my absolute favorite and where I found my dream dress! They carry styles for every kind of bride and as a non-traditional bride myself I am so grateful for my experience here. My fiancee and I needed a dress for a wedding 4 weeks out and after a few misses at other boutiques, we finally found Flares. We were greeted by Ray who was super helpful over the phone and incredibly helpful in store. She was very patient, giving good advice that shows her experience. My fiancee gave her preferences and Ray already had 4-5 dresses for her to try on. Ray's intuition was incredible because we were done in under 1.5 hours.

My sister had made an appointment for herself, my mom and I to watch her try on dresses. She's been engaged for a while, but this was our first time trying on dresses. Her intent was to just go and figure out what type of style she wanted. I rarely come into town to visit and so this was something we had been looking forward to doing together for a while!

This was my second weekend wedding dress shopping. That said, I have interacted with several wedding dress consultants and Flares Bridal was the best by far. Ray was my dress consultant who went above and beyond. She was thoughtful with her fittings and involved when it came to finding a dress that fit my body, aesthetic and budget. My entire group was so impressed by Ray and the Flares team!

I can not mention enough how I love Flares Bridal. I bought 2 dresses (one for the ceremony and one for the reception) there and my veil. I also had my first one already fitted there and will have the second fitted in a few weeks. The staff is super friendly and helpful as is the tailor. The 2 owners are true angels and I could not have wished for a better team to support my gown search. I stayed in budget for both dresses, my wishes got listend to and the dresses they picked for me, were the ones I ended up buying cause I fell totally in love with both for them.

This was my first stop to shop for my wedding dress. I had no clue what I wanted, looking for, or what would look good on my body (mind you I am not skinny).
Ray made sure to make me feel comfortable and was able to select a few dresses that went with my needs. I was wowed the fact she just KNEW and read my mind. She helped me put on the dresses as some were a bit difficult and tried to read my reactions or expressions.
She was just one of those people who you would want to have forever to style you!

I went to MANY (over 8) stores and loved, loved Cynthia and the owner at flares- got my dress here!! I kept seeing their dresses on Instagram and couldn't say yes to a dress without coming here. They had the dresses I saw and so many more. I bought the dress here and got styled with a beautiful veil and headpiece which was so stressful for me doing before so I loved this part!! Update to my review: the day of my wedding, I received so much compliments on my dress. Everyone said that I looked like an elegant princess and the beading was very intricate. The dress matched the theme of my wedding, which was rustic and outdoors.
I wore the dress for 8 hours and was very surprised at how comfortable it was. It was very easy to move and dance in. I was so happy with my purchase at flares, Ray is a blessing to work with, and will refer all of my girlfriends here for their future wedding !

Lisa answered the phone, I was asking for help ordering a veil that I had seen on their Instagram page. She told me “No, it’s too time consuming.” I told her I was looking to order it from them but I just didn’t know the name of the veil I was trying to order, but again, too time consuming for Lisa I guess. I went to Flares to shop for my wedding dress, I was in a time-crunch as I had less than 5 weeks before my wedding day. Lissa was my stylist and she is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, skilled and professional and also warm and friendly!
She pulled out many dresses within my budget and she was extremely patient with me. Lissa was never pushy, which is the problem with most bridal stylists I saw elsewhere. I had a wonderful experience shopping at Flares. This was my second experience trying on wedding dresses and I was really excited to come here as they carry dresses by a specific designer I was interested in. Unfortunately, they didn't have model I was really interested in, but they had another dress by another designer that was almost identical and that I ended up loving even more! It was an easy yes to the dress and I can't wait until it's arrived and I can try it on/go through the alterations process for a perfect fit.

Had such a wonderful experience at Flares! Ray was such a pleasure and joy to work with from the very start. She was so relaxed and laid back and not pushy at all. I went to try on dresses with her THREE separate times. Once with my sister. Once with my future mother in law, aunt, and mom, and once with a good friend/bridesmaid. She was always so responsive in messaging me--checking in on me but never pressuring me, letting me know the prices for the top 3 dresses I liked and the timeline of when I should order by. My husband and I got married when we were young so we didn't have a big fancy wedding. So on Mother's Day when my kids gifted us a vow renewal ceremony and a REAL wedding dress we were over the top excited!
My daughter found Flares as well as a few other dress shops. Flares was the second stop in our day but once there we cancelled the rest of our appointments.

I loved my experience at Flares Bridal for these past couple of weeks! I had been to one dress shop before and it was overcrowded and not personal. Ray helped me find my dream dress on the first try! I was indecisive at first so I decided to sleep on it. Ray’s friendly, welcoming, and non pressuring customer service gave me the space I needed and 2 weekends later, I said YES TO THE DRESS!!!
