I just moved in to Hunter's Chase Senior apartments. I have the Dove floor plan, which is a two bedroom, one bath. The apartment is beautiful, as is the entire apartment community. It is located in a quiet area at the edge of town so is close to shopping, restaurants, clinics and other community amenities. The management/office team are wonderful and accommodating. Everyone here is so friendly. I'm so happy I decided to move here. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

It's an awesome place to live it's very welcome community the people in the office are really awesome especially the maintenance there's three people that are awesome what is Mike destiny and John and Hector it's a very loving and caring community

I actually live here. The manager is great person. The rent is reasonable. It was great in the beginning it's just with this Covid our recreation has come to a halt but that is no fault of the apartment complex. They have activities but we just can't do them now. I feel it's a safe place to live which is great for us older folks.

I am fortunate to have known the Property Mgr, Mr. Michael Duncan since 2014. I have been impressed by his professionalism, competency & dedication on many occasions. Most recently, I had an appliance issue and Mr. Duncan made sure it was fixed in record time. Clearly he is an asset to Hunter’s Chase and to our senior community.
Special thanks & appreciation also go to our maintenance man John Perrin for the repairs as well.

I moved into these February 7, 2014. I was the first one to move in. I love this place and every thing about it. The staff are very knowledgeable ready and always willing to help anyone that asks. Why not just get busy being a good neighbor. That is what a strive to accomplish in my lifetime, so come and visit and decide for yourself

My best friend lives there, I have sit in the lobby talking with the elderly people. They are very nice and the place is beautiful. My friend also loves living there.
