They showed up when they said they would, called us several times to keep us informed about their obtaining the roofing materials, and charged the previously quoted price at the end of the job. Highly recommend them. Great guys to work with! We have worked with them twice now and both times resulted in quick responses and service.

I called Bill at 7:30 am and he was here today at 1pm to assess the water leak in my bathroom ceiling. He and his son got up into my crawl space, determined the leak was due to plumbing vs. a leak in the roof, and charged me nothing for the visit (suggested I make a donation to the VT Children's Hospital if I wished). I can only speak to character and responsiveness - an A+.

Asked them for a quote for both metal and asphalt roofs. They said they would come out and take measurements over a weekend. About a week later we called and then a few days later sent them an email asking if they had made it out since we hadn’t heard from them. Still no response!!! Why can’t companies just respond and if they don’t want the work just say so!

Charged a couple hundred dollars for two guys to spend only an hour on our metal roof 'fixing' it. All they did was over-torque a bunch of screws (which now leak even more after a few months) and spray paint a couple places (with blue paint on a green roof in visible areas). They were pleasant and responded within a week during the summer, but we were overcharged for almost no work to be done, and low quality work at that. Would recommend avoiding this business.
