Rich took 4 months to install a simple interior sign that was scheduled for a 3 week install. He offered no apology, discount, or remorse for the delay. He didn’t communicate at all during the delay, and once the interior sign was complete, he was only interested in how quick we could pay him. I payed him the same day the sign was installed and informed him we will not use him for further signage, still no apology from Rich.

Rich and his team were absolute professionals! I was referred to Sign Co of Wilmington by my contractor but got other quotes from the other sign companies in town for comparison. Let me tell you there was no comparison! Rich is at a whole different level! Their design team did an amazing digital rendering and the executed it perfectly! My sign is amazing and if you want to work with the best sign company in town look no further! Rich was easy to communicate with at every step of the way. Will definitely be using them for future projects!!
