Went there again for eye exam and new lenses, exam was good but storefront was not. Purchased glasses there 2 years ago for $600 and frames are in good condition, minus some fading. All I wanted are new basic lens covered by insurance. Lost job this year and do not want to spend extra money. They refused to quote standard single vision replacement lenses.
Left without lenses and now looking for online lenses replacement. I can buy 5 new pairs of glasses online for the for the price they wanted to charge for just replacement lenses!

This place is amazing. The staff and doctor are super friendly, and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome just as you walk in. This was my first time visiting this location in hopes of trying out eye contacts and I will say I found my new eye doctor! Beyond patient with me through my process of putting on and taking off contacts for the first time. Would highly recommend going here!!!

This was first time visiting and I loved it. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcomed. Everyone was so friendly. Dr Shah was great. She explained everything that she was going to do and even addressed my concerns about how some of my meds were affecting my eyes. Bre assisted myself and my daughter in picking out glasses. When I tell you I had no idea what I was looking for. Bte was very patient and helped us narrow down our options. She even explained which styles would look best on us and why. The office itself was very clean and you could see everyone taking covid precautions

The service yielded by the staff at West Loop Eye Care is both professional and exceptionally friendly! I am very satisfied with the frames that Armand chose for me! Also, the staff is very good at remembering and calling you by name, which makes it a more familial and friendly environment. Great work guys!

I have been to many eye care places over the years but none compare to the personal service and care that the team at West Loop Eye Care provides, and this is largely due to Matt. He genuinely cares and takes time to help you find the perfect glasses. Often at other eye care shops when I would pick up my new glasses it would involve numerous adjustments to fit and straighten. At West Loop I got two new pairs and both fit perfectly the first time on.
I could say that the reason I will go back to West Loop is because their designer selection is fantastic, but it was really the overall experience

Matt, Bre, and Steph are amazing! I have been coming here for about two years now and the customer service is outta this world. They're so helpful and eduxational and not pushy! Some times you go to eye care places and you can tell they are trying to sell frames, but not here! It feels so warm and homey! I absolutely love it and will be buying my frames from here for the foreseeable future!

I've been going to West Loop Eye Care for the past 10 years. At this point I've seen most of the doctors and they're all excellent. I've also been helped by Matt many times and he is just so lovely. He's helped me pick out my last 3 pairs of glasses and is so supportive and helpful. Really loving my newest glasses we just picked out together!

Such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and explained things as we went along. Lynette helped me pick out adorable frames and they were all diligent about making sure to sanitize frames after we touched them but without it feeling intrusive or making me feel like I was limited in how many to try on! Receptionist was very helpful, Dr listened to me and was very kind. Matt helped me pick up my glasses with so much warmth! Glasses were ready quickly and were perfect, everyone was awesome, and technology appeared to be very up to date (I even got to see the creepy/cool pictures they took

Had a great experience getting my eye exam and glasses fitted! Was not intimidating at all, like any of my previous experiences at the optometrist. The doc was comprehensive about my check-up, the staff were patient and hospitable. Lynette was amazing with helping me choose a new frame and adjusting the fit, and shegave me a reasonable discount and some more ;)
The sanitization was fairy well done, everything is clean and the frames are cleaned immediately after fitting, so I felt pretty safe.

Outstanding service! I had my eye exam with Dr. Shah who was so helpful and thorough. Fernando, an Optician, then helped me pick out a beautiful pair of Chanel frames. I live out of state but make it a point to come to West Loop Eye Care when I am in town to get my eyes checked. My dad and I have been coming here for years. I love this place. The workers are friendly and are readily available to help out. I have been here a few times and I always leave happy. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family because you wont go wrong. I've been other places and it takes forever to be seen by the doctor West Loop Eye Care will have you done in less then an hour so you can make it in time for all your other errands. Dominique, Matt, and Greg teamed up to deliver an incredible experience! Dominique is caring, very knowledgeable, and highly organized. Although initially nervous about my first eye exam in a while, she put me at ease from the moment I stepped into the shop. Dr. Shah is an expert, and very efficient. My prescription hadn't changed much, but it was nice to be walked through my ocular health so throughly.

This was the first eye appointment that I booked for myself, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and knowledge of the doctors. They took several covid precautions, including sanitizing all equipment, wearing masks, and requiring a form beforehand. Dr. Namrata found my contacts and glasses prescription and now I can see even more clearly! Just keep in mind that the appointment cost is divided to a contacts and glasses portion, so be sure to check what your insurance covers beforehand. Overall all the staff were really patient and thoughtful, and I had a great experience
