Here at Mountain Rose Counseling, I realize that no two people are the same so I try to tailor my therapy to meet the your personal and specific needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional or physical trauma, or simply need to talk, I would like to offer my assistance.
I would like to help you recognize your underlying challenges, fully realize your strengths, and adjust your behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, brighter, and healthier way. I was taught that any kind of relationship is a two way path of learning, and I would like to share your journey with you.

Services
Therapy is different for everyone. Some people prefer to walk outside (weather permitting) and talk while they walk. Others like to sit and color (yes adults color too) or work with crafts while they talk. Still others prefer the traditional method of sitting and talking in an office. My desire is to work with whatever makes you the most comfortable, as that is where you will grow most.
The path to this point in my life has been full of challenges, much like everyone else in the world. I have always felt the desire to listen, learn, and experience life with others. So, I began to find ways that I could help people feel better. The journey to do that has led me to this place, in Libby Montana, opening Mountain Rose Counseling.

Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. You already have some strengths that you've used before, that, for whatever reason are not working right now. Perhaps, this problem feels overwhelming and is making it difficult to tap into your past strengths.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Do I have a deductible?
