Lifespan on garage door springs average 8-14 years but vary depending on quality of spring and the amount of times the door goes up and down in a day. All openers sold and installed by Expert Doors Garage Door Company are compliant with SB-969. In short, any garage door openers replaced, must be replaced with a battery backup capable unit. Additionally, if you're replacing a garage door and you do not have a compliant opener, you are required to replace your opener as well.

My garage door stopped working the weekend before Thanksgiving. I reached out to Andriy, who quickly responded and correctly diagnosed that there was a broken gear. I reached out to Expert Doors via text message on a Saturday and was scheduled for an appointment the following Monday which was super convenient. Andrey arrived on time. After determining the issue and agreeing to his quote, Andrey began working immediately with all of the needed parts already on his truck. I highly recommend this company for garage door replacement for several reasons. They came out to my house to measure and check my garage door before quoting me, then sent an official quote via email. One of the other companies didn’t see my garage and blindly quoted me over the phone. Expert garage was the lower at quote by a decent amount. Expert Doors Garage Door Company lives up to its name. Andriy provided expert service throughout the project. His price was the most competitive of five quotes. We replaced our two front garage doors and insulated our third garage door. The insulation work reduced the temperature of our upstairs room by 2 degrees!
