This masage technique is designed to relieve chronic muscle tension using strokes across the grain of the muscles (as opposed to with the grain of the muscles in Swedish massages). The therapist will target knots and utilize deep figure pressure that may be slightly uncomfortable. This type of massage is designed to address the special needs of our senior citizens.

I am pleased to announce that Haddon Towne Spa has reopened and will operate based on reopening guidelines established by our profession and the State of New Jersey. I book massages here for my husband. On his last visit, when he tipped them, they told him it was too little. He gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave more. Let me say we tip no less than 20%, ever. Today he went and the same thing happened. He left a 23% tip and she still said it's too little. So for that they lose one star. Other than that, he likes going here.

For the record, I am NOT a massage guy (my wife loves them), but when my body gets sore and tight enough (and I complain too much), my wife finally convinces me to give a massage "another try." My past experiences with massages are that they are (1) too gentle, (2) have no lasting effect, and (3) are overpriced for the limited enjoyment of the experience. Over the years my wife has brought me to franchise establishments (Hand and Stone) as well as small business shops like this one - I have been equally unimpressed with the quality of the massage and the "chattiness" of the masseurs. I am happy

Amazing establishment ! I've been coming here for almost a year and have always been pleased. The owner Cindy is great, respectful and kind. She's professional and keeps her establishment very clean. Excellent! This was my first time visiting Haddon Towne Spa. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Cindy and it was fantastic. She checked in regularly and worked out some tough knots from previous surgery. The place was clean, appointments required and she is taking all the necessary COVID precautions. I will definitely be going back to see her in the future.

I have been here before and the girl was really good. Last time I had cindi and I don't like when the person giving the massage has to answer the phone or door for customers. Also when they keep getting text messages or personal calls and answer telling the people I will call you back. Yes she extended my time by 15 minutes but it was due to leaving the room and answering her phone. So not extra time my time I paid for. Her massage is ok nothing special, the worker was really good and didn't have any distractions.also hearing a customer on the phone say I want to make an appt, cindi says

I am not one to ever speak negatively on a service, especially in a public setting, but I am very unhappy with my experience. The reason I am even giving two stars is because the location was very clean from the time you walk in. I also appreciated that she took me fifteen minutes early.
I unfortunately cannot speak highly on the massage. I was REALLY disappointed with it for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it felt INCREDIBLY rushed throughout the entirety of the process. I completely understand that there is only one hour to do a full-body massage, but that doesn't mean you can rush to a point

My fiancé and I have been here twice now and we both had a wonderful experience both times. They give more pressure than I normally like, but I don't complain because it always feels so good and it's never painful. It always feels like just what I need. It is a very unique massage, with lots of little techniques to get you to crack. The warm towels and pillows feel amazing. The girls are so nice and polite. Cindy even gave us little mini wine bottles for Christmas as we were leaving. So thoughtful! And the price is so reasonable compared to other places. This will definitely be our new spot. Thank

I very rarely write Yelp reviews but after a recent exceptional experience I had at Haddon Towne Spa I was compelled to tell everyone about my experience. First and foremost, everything was clean & organized throughout the spa. I am a neat-freak so if things are not "just so" it's a deal breaker for me even if everything else was great. From there of course it was all about the massage and my massage was spot on! I was tight on time the day of my massage and my appointment started right on time. I had a massage with Cindy. She is very sweet! I had tight knots in my neck and she made sure everything was loosened up by the time I left. Great pricing and new clean facility! There were a few disruptions due to her being the only staff member and having to answer the door and phone but it was worth it.
