I moved from east St Paul to frogtown. I explained to the movers my power chair was a major concern. My chair got from point a to point b. When I got it back it had been messed with and has not been riding right ever since. I would not recommend this company to move my worst enemy. Do not use this company

I found the two loaders/unloaders very friendly and attentive to requests. The movers arrived 90 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and ready to work. A few items were damaged in the process of moving like a chair and captain’s bed frame made by my late Grandpa. The bed had a broken drawer where the one of the dovetail joints is was pushed open and securing nails bent. All the remediation offered was one of the movers to try to hit the side with his hand back into place. Also there was five places on the bed frame where dents are where some of the wood was removed at the dent and ore of

Jays the best. Your household belongings are moved like they're moving their valuables. With caution. As if everything is fragile. They dont believe in breaks only after jobs complete. Jays the best way to get from one resident to the next. Very professional as well as attentive to the customers requests.
